Registration

You need to register yourself before you can use the functions of this website.
For that, please move to the login and click on 'Create new account'.
Fill out every mandatory field in the registration form and, if you like, also the optional fields. You don't need to register yourself again, if you are already registered. In that case, you can simply log yourself in using your e-mail address and your password.
The registration itself does not mean an obligatory participation, but is merely for the creation of the user account.

After logging in, you can use the following functions:
  • Register for the DigAgro 2025.
  • Submit your contributions for the DigAgro 2025.
  • View informations about your submissions, like the review status or its decision.
  • Inspect invoices, payment confirmations, etc.


Registration fees

All fees include 20% VAT and are in Euro (€).


Early bird (until 30 June 2025)

Student (BA, MA, PhD): 120€ (incl. 20% VAT)
Regular academic: 300€ (incl. 20% VAT)
Company: 420€ (incl. 20% VAT)


Late (after 30 June 2025)

Student (BA, MA, PhD): 180€ (incl. 20% VAT)
Regular academic: 360€ (incl. 20% VAT)
Company: 540€ (incl. 20% VAT)

The full registration fee includes:
  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Lunch and coffee breaks on the conference days
  • Reception at the poster session


Abstract submission

We invite everyone who would like to present either an oral talk or a poster at DigAgro25 to submit an abstract for consideration by the scientific session chairs.


Abstract guidelines

Submission deadline: oral presentation: 30 June 2025
Submission deadline: poster presentation: 30 September 2025
Note: If an abstract is not selected for an oral presentation, it will be considered for a poster presentation.


Submit your abstract to one of the four sessions

  • Technology for smart farming
  • Digital tools for plant phenotyping
  • Digital innovations in agroecology
  • Multi-omics integration, modeling, and prediction for microbiome research

Abstract title: maximum 15 words
Abstract text: maximum 250 words (excl. title, authors, citations)
Authors and affiliations of all authors must be added.
All abstracts should use metric units and the abstract language is English.

Abstracts will be shared with all participants of the conference but will not be made publicly available.
Poster size should be in A1 format; 594 mm (wide) x 841 mm (high).
Some poster abstracts might be selected for flash presentations.


Cancellation policy

Cancellation received by 30 June 2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 30 June 2025 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee. However, substitutions of attendees can be made. Please contact DigAgro2025@ait.ac.at for substitutions of attendees.
